While we have made every effort to make GotMyAudio easy to use, and to ensure our audio offerings are of the highest quality, we know stuff happens.  Happy customers are the best customers (and the only ones we want), so if you have any service issues or concerns please let us know right away.  We will do everything we can to address the issue or concern, and we will respond to you as quickly as possible.

 

How To Download Your Audio Purchase

 After you purchase your audio product(s) you will receive an email providing you the links you need to download your purchase to your computer or other compatible device.  Simply click on the links to begin your download.

 You may also download your audio purchase from the GotMyAudio website.

  1. Click LOGIN at the top of the GotMyAudio Home Page
  2. Enter your email and password (The same email and password you used to make your purchase) and you will automatically be taken to your MY ACCOUNT page.
  3. Click on the MY DOWNLOADABLE PRODUCTS link in the left hand navigation window.  This will take you to a listing of all your downloadable products.
  4. Click on the highlighted Download 1 to begin downloading Part 1.
  5.  After each download is complete simply click on the next numbered link to continue.
